Will I pay taxes in Russia if I buy a villa in North Cyprus?
The answer is definitely no. Since the Russian Federation does not cooperate with the tax service of Northern Cyprus. The TRNC is not on the official maps of the world, it is an unrecognized republic. Its status is recognized only by Turkey. Local authorities do not report data on purchases/sales to third countries.
