The first solo exhibition of artist Feza Aygın Sanyvar entitled “From Nature to Paper” opened at Ercan Airport. The exhibition consists of works created by hand from recycled paper and plant materials. The basis for the works were leaves, natural plants and a unique processing technique that reflects the author’s style.
Feza Aigyn Sanyvar expressed gratitude for the opportunity to present her works at the airport, stressing the importance of the fact that they will be visible to both local residents and foreign guests. She thanked T&T Havalimanı İşletmeciliği for their support in organizing the exhibition, noting that it is important for her to share her creative ideas with a wide audience.
The airport’s General Manager Ercan M. Serhat Özcelik noted that the airport regularly holds exhibitions dedicated to Cypriot culture and traditions. He added that the current exhibition deserves special attention for its original use of natural materials, and stressed the importance of access to art for passengers and local residents.
