Within the framework of the 14th Bullet Festival, Jenibogazici Municipality is organizing a children’s photo contest called “Cittaslow Jenibogazici through the eyes of children”. The competition is held with the support of Foto Özay and is aimed at developing creative thinking in children aged 12-15, as well as increasing their awareness of the environment. Participants will be able to reflect in their works the local culture, nature, architecture, life and social life of the Yenibogazici region and the surrounding villages.
The competition is open to all children of the specified age, regardless of place of residence or citizenship. Photos, color or black and white, can be sent in digital format – from 3 to 7 pieces, taken on a phone, tablet or camera. Participation is free, applications are accepted until the end of the working day on August 14. The works will be evaluated by a jury, which includes teachers, photographers and a psychologist. The winners will receive valuable prizes: a DJI drone, a Fujifilm Instax camera and a Samsung tablet. In addition, a special jury prize will be awarded. The results of the competition will be announced on August 18 at a solemn ceremony, and photos of the participants will be presented at the exhibition. The results will be published on August 19 in the official sources of the municipality.
