From September 16, about 28 thousand primary and secondary school students will start the school year in 128 public and private educational institutions. Another 30 thousand schoolchildren will start classes in 48 schools of general secondary education. In addition, 4 thousand students of vocational educational institutions will study in 13 institutions. 450 students will start classes at the “Taner Akjan” Vocational Training Center. At the moment, about 6,300 teachers work in educational institutions. The first semester will end on January 31, and the winter holidays will be held from February 1 to February 16. College entrance exams are scheduled for January 25 and June 14, and applications to vocational schools will be accepted from June 18 to June 23.
