MÜSİAD EXPO, where the TRNC is also represented, opened its doors in Istanbul today.

The event, held at the TÜYAP Exhibition and Congress Center, was attended by Turkish Deputy President Cevdet Yilmaz, TRNC Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment Fikri Ataoğlu, Turkish Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, Turkish Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, as well as TRNC Minister of Economy and Energy Olgun Amcaoğlu. The exhibition, which began today, will last four days and will end on November 29, Friday.The purpose of the event is to bring together businessmen, industrialists and investors to create new business ties. It is expected that meetings at the exhibition will reach a trade volume of $ 1 billion.

MÜSİAD EXPO, which aims to strengthen Turkey’s international trade position, will also host events such as the G20 Panel, the Diplomatic Missions Session, the Turkish-Iraqi Business Forum, the MÜSİAD INVEST Networking Program, and Closure Programs.

Deputy Prime Minister Fikri Ataoğlu and Minister of Economy and Energy Olgun Amcaoğlu visited the stands of the companies represented at the exhibition.

The “Island of Cyprus” stand, owned by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and the Environment, introduces the country to guests arriving at the exhibition
