Iskele Metropolitan Municipality continues to work on the establishment of a 240-square-meter multifunctional social and sports area in Ağılar Village.
According to the information provided by the municipality, Mayor of Iskele Hasan Sadikoğlu said in a statement that they act on the principle of providing equal services not only to the urban center but also to the villages.
Sadikoğlu stated that with the zone created in Ağılar village, they intend to provide young people with the opportunity to play sports, as well as create a healthy, natural and safe meeting environment for all villagers. “It was very important for us to create a space that matches the spirit of the village, without damaging the natural environment,” he stressed.
