On August 30, the annual fair started in Famagusta on the territory of the walled city.
The opening of the event took place at 20:00 with a performance by the Famagusta Municipality Folk Dance Ensemble. Then, the audience was pleased with a fire dance show, and at 21:00 the opening concert with the participation of Ahmet Evan began.
All subsequent concerts within the framework of the fair will begin at 20:30. Famous artists such as Grup Frekans, Retro Instrumentalists, Cihan Tunceli Band, Sidara Karakush, Burcu Arıkel, Grup Otantik and Grup Buğday will perform on the stage. The fair was organized by the municipality and will last until September 8.
Concerts at the fair will be free of charge, and funds raised from the stands will go to the Association for the Support of Champion Angels.
