This Saturday, the “1st Meeting of Cultures” Festival, organized by Erenköy-Karpaz Municipality, will be held in the central square of the village of Dipkarpaz, promising a whole day of bright celebrations and cultural exchanges
The events will begin in the morning, and a rich program will delight guests throughout the day. Visitors will enjoy: performances of folk dance groups, a competition of local dishes and a tavla tournament for fans of board games. Special play areas will be organized for children. Also, from October 6 to 13, the exhibition “3rd International Meeting of the Arts of Karpaz” is held, adding an artistic atmosphere to the festival.
The festival aims to bring together the different cultures of the region, especially those represented in Dipkarpaz. It will offer an exhibition of local foods, crafts and cultural stands. Guests are invited to join the celebration in their national costumes to experience the unity and fun of the festival.
The celebration will also be decorated with live concerts by popular artists such as Neila Egemen and her band, Dino, Engin Talay’s band and Murat Dag’s band, creating an atmosphere of joy and unforgettable experiences for all participants.
