North Cyprus: real estate by the sea

“The sea is the sea, it rolled in and rolled back. Sometimes the sea is stormy. It just exists, and this is enough to evoke many different feelings in people. And I want to live just like a man by the sea,” Japanese writer Banana Yoshimoto once said.

North Cyprus: real estate by the sea. Many people say that life by the sea is an imposed stereotype. For me, this is just a call of the soul! Agree that a big city, the noise of cars and passing sirens – this quickly makes you get tired and there is stress in life, which is difficult to get rid of. And when you go to the country, far from the city – already… The soul sings. Only you and nature around, you can grill a barbecue, children run around and tear grass … You rest your thoughts, heart and soul… 🙂 It is possible to change your life! You just need to start thinking mentally about moving or buying real estate abroad. After thoughts, the question immediately arises: “What specific steps need to be taken to implement this?”

  • start dreaming… start thinking in this direction
  • write down on paper what steps to take to make it a reality
  • Take the final goal and break it down into 5-10 small steps, taking which the dream will become the goal
  • And then, it remains just to take the prescribed steps

Just remember, a dream differs from a goal in one important factor: the goal always has a time frame! I will reach my goal in the spring of 2023, and in the summer I will already buy myself a villa by the sea. When this thought pops into your head, your brain will immediately start looking for a solution… This means that you are on the right path to achieving your goal! You are a great fellow! Stop just dreaming.

Motivation. What is this?

Motivation is an internal state that activates, directs and supports behavior on the way to one’s goal. Thus, motivation is the cause of behavior and the ability of a person to satisfy his needs in detail. Motivation is closely related to human development. It begins with the idea that when we achieve the goal, we will feel good. This forces us to act towards achieving this goal and to evaluate. Think of any feeling when you felt very good. Remember this feeling, it will definitely come in handy for you to achieve your goal. The motive for achieving the goal may be that I am tired of my neighbors and want a quiet life. Or, for example, I want a better future for my children – a different education than now. Motivation is dynamic and is a great “incendiary” to achieve a goal!

A couple of wise thoughts

The winner is always the one who strives for success, and not the one who tries to avoid failure. Make failure your small gain on the way to achieving your goal. Make your brain see failure as a way to understand something. For example, to get the knowledge that you can’t do this! And this means that failure becomes your ally and assistant in achieving your goal. Say to yourself: “I’m great!”, “I did it!”, “I bought this villa”. Use the phrase in your head not in the future, but in the present tense. So that the brain understands and catches itself thinking as if it has already happened. And remember about a positive emotion… Now it’s time to combine the phrase “I did it!” and the emotion into a single whole! This advice opens up great prospects…

Thoughts are material

The saying that “all our thoughts materialize” is not empty words. This is a fact proven by scientists and psychologists, which is directly related to the law of attraction. If you think about it, each of us, having thought about something, soon noticed that the thought was “embodied” in life. Attraction does not work immediately, and as a rule, it takes a certain period of time. But, interestingly, it works both with a good thought and with a bad one. Be very careful here! If we look at the power of thought from the other side, it turns out that we ourselves attract all the troubles, problems and ordinary troubles into our lives. For example, complaining about poverty, or that we can’t get out of debt. These thoughts begin to take possession of us. And, accordingly, attract the very undesirable objects that you think about 24/7. Hence the conclusion: think about the positive and dream about the beautiful. Set goals and go for them! Everything is in your hands.

About Cyprus

It is impossible to know exactly when the first inhabitants appeared on the island of Cyprus. But scientists take the starting point from 8,500 B.C. Throughout history, Cyprus has had many names. Initially, the name came from the word “copper”, which was and, perhaps, still is abundant on the island. But no one is looking for him. An alternative version says that the name comes from the word Kypros (the Greek word for henna), which used to be also in abundance. Cyprus has a complicated history. The abundance of copper, forest, and strategic location between East and West led to repeated invasions, changes of rulers, and civil strife. Before joining Rome in 58 BC, Cyprus was colonized by the Phoenicians, Archeans, Assyrians, Egyptians, Persians and Greeks. In 43 AD, Christianity came to Cyprus, and in 330 AD, Cyprus became part of the Byzantine Empire. And so it remained until 1191, when Richard the Lionheart, heading to the Holy Land to fight the 3rd Crusade, conquered the island.

Cyprus today

Today, the island is divided into two parts. These are Southern Cyprus and Northern Cyprus. The year 1974 will forever remain in the history of Cyprus. And after 8 years of negotiations, Turkey declared the TRNC an independent state. The Declaration of Independence of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has been rejected by the UN to this day. But this does not prevent anyone from living here, raising children and being a happy person. Today, tens of thousands of our compatriots live on both the southern and northern sides. These are citizens of Ukraine, Russia, the Republic of Belarus. A lot of interesting people from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the Baltic States. We live here in peace and harmony, sharing the TRNC legislation and universal values equally for everyone. Come just to see with your own eyes this little paradise on Earth. My company “Veles Enterprises” and I will only be happy with the arrival of good and honest people in Northern Cyprus.
