Emotions of our customers

When you choose a home, each family has its own extraordinary stories. Or in the process of choosing housing, repairs, moving in/moving. We humans cannot do without laughter and emotions. We are born to create, sing, smile and love. Why am I telling you all this? Yes, to the fact that I want to tell you some cool stories. I remember the events or adventures of our clients, if I may say so… In general, it was like this… 🙂

Story number 1

An incredible incident happened to me and to the rental property. No sooner had I found a cool option than clients appeared on it. I didn’t even have time to go to see it. I sit, so I plan the time to inspect the object. Suddenly a nice woman calls me. I told her about Northern Cyprus, about the different options and the choice of villas. She took it and blurted out that she had found a cool villa. Everything is there, 4 + 1, swimming pool! I warned me right away that I hadn’t looked at the house yet… But she didn’t mind it! But for some reason, my client chose exactly the one that I did not have time to see. I think, okay… For one thing, I’ll see what a great option is there 🙂 The season is in full swing. The heat outside is +40°C.
I asked the woman:
“Me: who will live?
— G: me, my husband and two children.
“Great. We meet here and there at 5 pm. — Zh: ok, no problem… 🙂 The time is 17:00. Everyone is in a great mood. We go into the villa with her. An elegant Cypriot grandfather meets us. We remember that “4 + 1” was declared. The owner tells for a long time and with relish what and where he brought from, what furniture and what a large and comfortable pool. Everything, it seems to be nothing… But we are together with the client, and where are the other 2 rooms? 🙂 It turned out that the elderly respected grandfather had memory lapses and the villa in 4 + 1 at one point turned out to be 2 + 1. He dreamed of a couple more rooms in his house… 🙂 We laughed heartily that evening… 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

Story Number 2

I had one client. Kind, friendly, sociable. But superstitious – “to the marrow of the bones”. That is, this is not just a belief in superstition, but some kind of paranoia… Everything in this property suited her:

• District and location
• Numerology and coincidence of document numbers
• Historical aura of the apartment
• etc., etc.

What else can you come up with? 🙂 Everything that was needed coincided! Even Zeus turned to her and exclaimed: “Eureka!” 🙂 Well, you know what I mean… 🙂 But, as you know, there are many cats living in Northern Cyprus. And then, out of nowhere, this little black “cat” 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 I don’t know what else to call it 🙂 I was running away from a neighbor’s dog in the entrance. And the door was open. We have just come in to inspect the apartment… It means that this cute cat ran into the room and under the bed! Sitting there… Hisses 🙂 Ah, my client ran out of this apartment screaming. Then she swore to God that she would not buy this option. We had a good laugh with her… It was fun for me and for her 🙂
Okay… Had a great time. Ah, now I suggest talking a little about the upcoming holidays.

Christmas and New Year

December 25 is Catholic Christmas. The great holiday is also celebrated in Cyprus. If it is correct to say, this date is officially celebrated on the South Side. But in Northern Cyprus, the holiday is arranged only by the European part of the population. These are mainly British, Germans, Norwegians and others. All Turkish Cypriots celebrate the New Year. If you compare, the celebration itself is basically no different from the European one. The only thing is that there are no lush tall Christmas trees and a million lights. The country’s authorities are a little easier on this holiday. But here you can take a break from the harsh Slavic frosts. Dress up as Santa Claus and have fun with family and friends. And finally, for lovers of winter swimming (of course, in good weather), you can pamper yourself with sea procedures. The water is not hot, but still for the “northern tourist” it will seem warm. The locals, of course, do not swim in winter. During the day, the sun can warm the air to 25-30°C degrees. And at night it will drop to +10°C degrees.

+25°C in winter and +25°C in summer (in the evening), of course, are coordinatively different. These are completely different feelings. In summer, sweat will flow from you like a stream, and in winter it will perfectly warm you if you suddenly decide to swim during the day. So, we are waiting for you, friends, in Northern Cyprus.
